Job Description
Get Well is seeking a Healthcare Solution Architect to design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable solutions for client healthcare needs. The role involves understanding business needs, translating them into technical specifications, and guiding implementation. This position requires expertise in clinical healthcare EMR systems and a good understanding of payer-side healthcare operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in business solutioning or a Master’s with 5+ years in healthcare (or a similar domain)
- Experience leading design sessions and presenting business requirements to clients
- Strong understanding of PDLC & SDLC methodologies
- Proficient in version control and defect management tools (Jira)
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects independently
