Job Description
Getinge is seeking an Engineer (m/w/d) to join their Product Innovation team in Hechingen, Germany. The role involves developing product ideas, creating design concepts, collaborating with partners, and supporting the quality control process for medical devices. This position offers a dynamic work environment within a life-saving technology company.
Requirements
- Successfully completed, engineering science degree (preferably in medicine, plastic technology, machinery, process technology) or comparable qualification with relevant work experience
- Experience and knowledge in the development of medical products
- 3D-CAD skills and experience with SolidWorks are desirable
- Knowledge of quality management for medical devices in ISO 13485 / 21 CFR 820
- Communication skills, strong initiative and teamwork ability
- Intrinsic motivation, driving for change and the provision of innovative medical products to patients and users
- Very good English (in both spoken and written language)
