Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer position at Getinge Group Japan K.K. in Fukuoka, JP. The job involves providing proposals and services to ensure safety and security, improving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of IC Service Business and Cons Business. The Field Service Engineer will perform maintenance, repair, and sales activities for IC products, manage customer relationships, and propose solutions.

Requirements

• Sufficient product knowledge and basic technical skills for IC products
• Basic knowledge of washing and sterilization
• Basic knowledge of electricity, machinery, and measurement
• Communication and negotiation skills necessary for smooth on-site work
• Higher than high school graduation

Benefits

• Salary: 350-600 million yen per year
• Monthly salary (270,000-450,000 yen): Basic salary (216,000-360,000 yen) + fixed overtime pay 30 hours (54,000-90,000 yen)
• Bonus: 1 time a year (March)
• Salary revision: 1 time a year (January)

• 1 day's regular working hours: 7 hours 30 minutes (9:00-17:30, 1 hour break)
