Job Description
GM - Healthcare RCM Ops: Strategic leadership role in driving RCM functions, operational excellence, client management, team leadership, and financial management. Expertise in US healthcare RCM, payer rules, and compliance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare RCM
- Proven experience in large-scale operations management (250+ FTEs)
- Expertise in US healthcare RCM (front-end to back-end)
- Strong knowledge of payer rules, coding guidelines, HIPAA compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; data-driven decision-making
- Ability to drive digital/automation initiatives (RPA, AI in RCM)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
