Job Description
getquin is seeking a Lead Product Designer to define our design direction, establish user research and validation, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product design experience, a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, and a passion for user-centered design.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience
- Strong user research skills, including interviews, usability tests, and data analysis
- Solid UX and visual design skills, including information architecture, interaction design, and polished UI
- Experience in marketing and brand design
- Ability to communicate design thinking to non-designers
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
