ARC is looking for a self-driven Branch Manager to lead its Wetherill Park Branch operations. As the Branch Manager you will showcase and develop your Sales leadership and Operations skills to nurture safety, operational efficiencies and sales performance across an established and diverse customer base.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing team with a strong safety and customer-first culture
- Deliver on customer growth targets in the construction and building industry
- Drive revenue growth by promoting a focus on customer service within the team
- Ensure safety compliance and policies are followed on-site and drive a proactive safety culture through the operational team
- Oversee and deliver daily production/delivery plans and targets whilst satisfying customer demands of quality and delivery
- Analyse performance and promote continuous improvement opportunities including development planning sessions
- Monitor and report on DIFOT results and any significant issues on achieving results
- Implement and embed strong process and communication standards for the planning, sales and operations team.
