As our Despatch Coordinator, you will demonstrate a high level of customer service and attention to detail with previous experience in despatch planning, scheduling and prioritisation. Hours for this role are 5am – 1pm, Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Be reliable, punctual, committed and be able to work autonomously
- Have exemplary time management and prioritisation skills
- Have experience and or knowledge of the transport industry and understand load compliance
- Have a customer service and relationship management mindset with a high level of negotiation skills
- An agile mindset with a focus on continuous improvement initiatives
- Be computer literate and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, Sparks, desirable
- Ensure all required paperwork and administration duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner
