Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift team and ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing of processed and reinforcing bar. The successful candidate will have a background in manufacturing or heavy industry, with experience in team leadership, problem-solving, and safety management.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising or managing a large team in a manufacturing environment
• Extensive experience in driving cultural change and developing the capability of the team
• High level problem solving, conflict resolution and people management skills
• Experience with implementation of lean systems and process improvement
• Solid understanding of safety management systems and building the safety culture
