We are looking for a senior business analyst to work on an international project with availability to work in a hybrid mode in São Paulo, with responsibilities including conducting detailed functional analyses and business requirements gathering, creating clear and complete functional specifications, and acting as a bridge between business and IT areas.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Business Analyst in technology-oriented projects
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience working in Agile development teams
• Ability to work effectively with business and IT teams, acting as a link between them
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to break down complex processes and communicate them clearly
• Good understanding of technological systems, tools, integrations, and platform dynamics
• Banking experience (Trade Finance is desirable)
• Advanced/Fluent English
