Requirements

• Collect and analyze user needs
• Write functional specifications for the PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter modules
• Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure compliance of deliverables
• Participate in functional testing and solution validation
• Ensure communication between stakeholders and propose improvements
