Job Description
As a manager of business operations at the Mental Health Centres, you will provide strategic leadership to the team leaders of the Mental Health Centres.
Requirements
- relevant education on at least HBO level, supplemented by a completed management education in the field of business administration/business operations
- demonstrated knowledge of management techniques and concrete leadership experience in the field of change processes and policy implementation for teams
- good problem-solving ability and creativity
- entrepreneurship, perseverance, and enthusiasm
- excellent communication and social skills to switch on different levels, both internally and externally
- availability of 36 hours a week
