Manager Behandeling – intensieve zorg

As Manager Treatment at Continue Intensive Care Tilburg–Dongen, you will lead multidisciplinary teams and translate strategic policy into tactical actions. You will work full-time with a management style focused on facilitating and stimulating knowledge and skills within the teams to achieve optimal results. Your focus will be on the care content, and you will be part of the management team of cluster Continue Care.

Requirements

• A completed education as a GZ psychologist, clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, nurse specialist or psychiatrist, including a valid professional / BIG registration.
• Affinity or experience with psychiatry.
• Extensive knowledge in the field of (psycho)diagnosis, treatment, and research.
• Care-oriented leadership and a strategic vision on developments within psychiatry.
• Good social skills, such as being able to listen, facilitate and motivate.
• You are available 32-36 hours per week.
