Job Description
The Youth Information Point (YIP) Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating care trajectories within Youth, relieving care providers, and improving current work processes. They will answer questions from referrers, youth professionals, clients, and colleagues, and contribute to streamlining work processes and improving business operations within Youth.
Requirements
- Completed HBO degree in nursing and valid BIG registration
- Completed HBO Social Work and SKJ registration
- Knowledge of relevant legislation
- Solution- and service-oriented attitude
- Social skills (oral and written skills)
- Ability to keep an overview of client flows and perform analyses on waiting lists and intakes
