Ambulant psychiatrisch hulpverlener FACT-team Voorhout

We are looking for an ambulant psychiatric helper for our FACT team in Voorhout. The care questions in psychiatry are increasing, and we are also experiencing this in our FACT neighborhood team in Voorhout. The job is varied and challenging, and we are looking for a new APH colleague who wants to put their expertise to use for our clients.

Requirements

• Proven multiple years of work experience in ambulatory psychiatry
• Ability to work well with others and independently
• Knowledge in the field of cognitive functioning and how this affects psychiatric disease models
• BIG registration as an HBO nurse, an HBO social pedagogical helper or an HBO social worker (exit profile Care)
• Driving license and own car
• AGB code or ability to apply for one
