Job Description
As an ambulant woonbegeleider, you will work as a personal assistant and have about eight to ten contact hours per 36-hour workweek. You will develop a recovery plan with the client and ensure that the client has the necessary support to achieve their goals.
Requirements
- A completed HBO education, such as social work, psychology, or nursing
- Affinity with psychiatry and a willingness to develop and maintain knowledge in this area
- Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions in crisis situations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
