We are looking for a Manager Clinical Recovery to further develop and secure recovery-oriented network psychiatry within Klinisch Herstel Oegstgeest. As a manager of treatment affairs, you will work with the team to provide high-quality care that prioritizes collaboration with the client's network and the principles of the ART-model.
Requirements
- A valid BIG registration as a psychiatrist, psychotherapist, or specialist nurse
- A valid AGB code or the possibility of requesting one
- Experience with and/or affinity for clients with severe psychiatric disorders and/or addiction problems
- Characteristics and skills that fit the EPA target group, such as patience, flexibility, motivating ability, and the ability to establish meaningful contact
- A development-oriented attitude: you actively contribute to further shaping recovery-oriented network care and involve colleagues in this process
