Requirements

• Degree in nursing and certification as a specialist in psychiatric nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-intensity care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of psychiatric and medical conditions, and experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and procedures
