Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science
- 5-10 years’ experience including a mix of field, data evaluation and interpretation and technical report writing
- Professional Engineering Designation/License a plus
- Experience preparing regulatory work plans and reports for investigation, remediation, closure and post-closure monitoring.
- Understanding of multimedia remedial technologies for addressing a variety of contaminants including VOCs, SVOCs, metals, and PFAS.
- Working knowledge of the design and operation and maintenance of remediation systems.
- Experience in preparation of development of conceptual design alternatives and cost estimates.
- Experience in coordinating and simultaneously managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high degree of attention to detail in a consulting environment.
- Working knowledge of methods and procedures for site characterization, hydrogeologic analysis and remediation of contaminants in soil, soil vapor, indoor air and groundwater.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Critical thinking and problem solving – ability to identify multiple solutions to a problem
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude, very strong interpersonal skills
