Team Lead - Civil and Tailings

We are looking for a Team Lead - Civil and Tailings to join our Resources and Materials Engineering group. The role involves preparing successful engineering bids and proposals, delivering medium-sized brownfield projects, and managing a team to grow capability and size.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (minimum)
• CPEng or Project Management qualification highly regarded
• Proven technical experience in either Tailings Engineering or Civil design for resources clients
• Strong networks and client contacts in the mining marketplace
• Commercial awareness and ability to deliver successful project outcomes
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a client service focus
• Leadership skills and a track record in engineering management
