Job Description
GHD is seeking an experienced Team Leader – Structural Engineer to lead a talented group of structural engineers, drive the delivery of innovative and sustainable solutions, and play a key role in some of the region’s most significant multidisciplinary projects.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers and designers
- Oversee the structural design and delivery of large-scale projects
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes and local authority requirements
- Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines
- Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and authority submissions
- Support business development, proposals, and work-winning activities
- Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement
