Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Pasadena, CA. The role supports day-to-day accounting functions, ensures accuracy of financial records, and assists with month-end close and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and committed to strong financial controls.
Requirements
- Perform general ledger accounting functions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies
- Work closely with other departments
