Job Description
GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing retail organization in Inglewood. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of accounting experience and a solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (retail or inventory-based business preferred)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
