Job Description
Join a rapidly expanding culinary organization as a dynamic Controller to lead accounting function, strengthen financial processes, and ensure high integrity of reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-unit retail, hospitality, or restaurant environments
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks (SOX familiarity a plus)
- Hands-on experience with ERP and point-of-sale systems; NetSuite preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
