GHJ Search and Staffing is seeking a Tax Manager to lead client engagements, provide strategic planning and compliance advice, and drive operational success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a professional services or advisory environment.
- Deep understanding of strategies for high-net-worth individuals and complex business structures.
- Proven leadership in managing teams and multiple client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Active CPA license required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required.
- Advanced degree (such as a Master's in Taxation or related discipline) strongly preferred.
