Job Description
GHJ Search and Staffing is a recruitment division of GHJ, a national accounting and advisory firm. We are hiring a Tax Senior Analyst for a large construction company in Sylmar, CA. The role involves managing corporate tax compliance, assisting with tax planning, and supporting strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate tax or public accounting (Big 4 or mid-tier firm experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of federal and state income tax laws and reporting
- Proficiency with Excel and tax preparation software (e.g., OneSource, CorpTax, or similar)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
