Job Description
Manage the BIM team and processes for Middle East construction projects, ensuring accurate, clash-free, and constructible BIM models. Oversee QA/QC and BIM model submissions across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering
- 10-15 years of BIM coordination experience in Middle East projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360
- Strong knowledge of LOD 200-500, MEP, ELV systems, and industry standards (DEWA, ASHRAE, NFPA)
- Expertise in clash detection, coordination, and resolution
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
