Job Description
CNS Engineering Service is seeking a Civil 3D Modeler/BIM Engineer specializing in Dry & Wet Utilities to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and implementing BIM practices for various civil engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field, with a focus on utility design and modeling
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Extensive experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) in civil engineering projects
- In-depth knowledge of dry and wet utility systems and civil infrastructure design
- Strong 3D modeling skills and ability to create detailed, accurate models
- Familiarity with GIS software and its integration with BIM workflows
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
