Scaffolder

Assemble, install, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently. Ensure scaffolding is erected according to specifications, load requirements, and safety standards. Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3+ years of scaffolding experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries
• Valid Scaffolding Training Certificate (CITB, CISRS, TUV, or equivalent)
• Work at Heights & Fall Protection Certification (preferred)
• Valid WMS (Work Management System) certificate (if required by the employer)
• Strong understanding of scaffold design, weight limits, and structural integrity
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings
• Physical fitness and ability to work in extreme weather conditions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
