Senior Ductman

Install, fabricate, assemble, and repair duct systems in oil and gas facilities. Collaborate with other trades and departments to complete installations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or diploma in duct installation, HVAC, or a related field (plus)
• 3-5 years of experience in ductwork installation, with at least 2 years in the oil and gas industry
• Proven experience as a Ductman in the oil and gas sector
• Good understanding of ductwork installation and insulation techniques
• Knowledge of different types of ducts (e.g., sheet metal, fiberglass, flexible)
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and standards
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Relevant certification in duct installation or HVAC (preferred)
• Willingness to work in remote locations, including offshore or desert environments
• Technical expertise in duct fabrication and installation
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Effective communication skills
