Job Description
Your tasks will include:
- Planning of engineering structures / traffic infrastructure for municipal and private utility companies, especially the planning of municipal roads and drainage systems (sewage, rainwater, drinking water desirable)
- Project planning according to HOAI phases 1 to 9
- Project coordination with owners / authorities
- Construction schedule planning and construction supervision or local construction monitoring
- Quantity and cost calculation
Requirements
You are suitable for us if:
- You have successfully completed a study in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or equivalent)
- You have professional experience in construction supervision, including documentation and construction settlement
- You can demonstrate knowledge of the project workflow according to HOAI and VOB
- You have an independent and structured way of working
- You have expertise, communication and team skills
- You have a secure handling of the relevant software programs: AutoCAD, ProVi, AVA-Software and MS Office
