Your Tasks
Your tasks include:
- Accompanying building planning procedures (land use plan, zoning plan) and informal planning (e.g. urban development concepts)
- Preparing and participating in information events and municipal council meetings
- Accompanying and advising customers in the planning procedure, including all contacts and correspondence with authorities, public bodies and landowners
- Internal, interdisciplinary organization of the creation of required expert opinions
You are a good fit for us if you:
- Have completed a successful university or technical college degree (diploma or master's degree) in urban and regional planning, spatial planning or a comparable education
- Have knowledge of the essential legal requirements and technical regulations for building planning procedures (Building Code, Building Ordinance) as well as knowledge in related legal fields (e.g. environmental law, nature conservation law)
- Show independence, team skills, initiative and high commitment
- Have fundamental MS Office knowledge
- Have very good German skills (at least level C1)
