Industrial mechanics assemble parts and modules for machines and production plants, set them up and/or rebuild them. They oversee and optimize production processes and take on repair and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or (Fach-) high school diploma
• Good grades in physics, mathematics and computer science
• Handicraft skills and eye-hand coordination
• Accuracy, care, and precision
• Good reliability, patience and concentration
• Technical understanding and handiness
