Job Description
We are looking for a Head of DevSecOps to lead a global team of 8 engineers in Munich and Gurugram (India) and shape a secure and scalable development infrastructure for our agile product development teams.
Requirements
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed DevSecOps team
- Infrastructure & Automation: Own and evolve our development infrastructure, tools, and CI/CD pipelines
- Product Delivery Support: Partner with agile product teams to enable efficient development and delivery of diverse solutions
- DevSecOps Strategy: Define and implement our DevSecOps roadmap
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Corporate Security and Corporate IT to ensure compliance, security, and operational excellence
- Culture & Coaching: Promote a DevSecOps mindset across the organization and support professional growth within your team
