Giga builds and deploys AI support agents for the largest B2C companies in the world. The Work Experience Lead will own the physical workplace, run vendors and office operations, automate onboarding and the employee lifecycle, and shape culture and events.
Requirements
- Seasoned experience leading workplace, facilities, or office operations for a high-growth, in-person tech company
- High-agency and execution-oriented, able to see something broken or inefficient and fix it without being asked
- Business-savvy, able to own vendors, contracts, and budgets and negotiate for quality and reliability
- Structured thinker who builds repeatable processes
- Detailed attention to in-person culture and the physical environment
