Lead Browser Automation Engineer - Anti-Bot Specialist

We build high-scale web data infrastructure that powers real-time insights for enterprise customers. We're looking for a Lead Browser Automation Engineer - Anti-Bot Specialist to design, build, and operate a high-parallel data-plane, implement anti-bot bypass techniques, and collaborate with security and product teams.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with browser automation (CDP, Puppeteer, Playwright) at scale.
• Deep practical understanding of HTTP, TLS, and HTTP/2 internals and how they affect fingerprinting and blocking.
• Experience building and operating high-concurrency crawlers / data-plane systems (session pools, rate limiting, proxy rotations).
• Proven experience analyzing and bypassing bot protection systems (Cloudflare, Akamai, Qrator, ServicePipe, Variti, etc.).
• Familiarity with browser and network fingerprinting techniques (JA3, TLS fingerprinting, CDP/WebRTC surface).
• Strong debugging skills (packet capture, browser traces, TLS flows) and an ability to translate findings into reliable engineering fixes.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: production code, testing, observability, and incident response.
