Asistente Legal

Provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to ensure adequate follow-up of legal, corporate, and management activities. Facilitate the organization and coordination of legal processes, and internal and external communication, contributing to efficiency in decision-making and compliance with legal and corporate obligations.

Requirements

• Familiarity with labor, tax, commercial, and data protection regulations
• Basic knowledge of copyright, software licensing, and digital content management for the protection of the company and its clients
• Basic/intermediate knowledge of company constitution and operation, societary acts, legal obligations, and regulations applicable to digital services or software companies
