Business Leader II

Gilbane is seeking a Business Leader II to lead the overall success of GRS Disaster Response, a subsidiary of Gilbane. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in loss reconstruction, insurance, or related field, and a strong leadership mindset. The role involves developing business strategy, recruiting talent, and driving client satisfaction. Requirements

• 15+ years relevant experience in loss reconstruction, insurance, or related field
• BS or MS degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management
• Knowledge of design/engineering, direct procurement strategies, and construction equipment and materials
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and proactive approach that is results focused
• Experience implementing Lean methodologies
• Strong leadership competencies such as Strategic Mindset, Business Acumen, Building High-Performing Teams, Displays Emotional Intelligence, Coach and Develops Others
