Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a Project Engineer to manage project information and documentation, assist the project team in maintaining the project timeline, within budget and to the quality specified. The role involves managing the change management process, serving as a key player in monthly cost report meetings, and adhering to project controls procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 4+ years of experience with a large trade contractor, construction management or general contractor organization
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- MEP knowledge
- Understanding of contract documents & specifications
- Proficient in Procore
- Expertise in CMiC preferred
