Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a highly technical, strong communicator Project Manager to oversee a medium-sized construction project. This on-site role requires a collaborative team player with experience in leadership, communication, and financial outcome management. The project will take place at Gilbane's Richmond, VA office and is a key element on the company’s project team.
Requirements
- Contributes to the development of the project safety plan
- Establishes and monitors project controls and procedures
- Creates and manages a project-specific quality plan
- Creates and manages a closeout plan
- Provides leadership in motivating the project team
- Participates in enrollment for insurance and bonds
- Implements and enforces all aspects of contracts
- Performs constructability and coordination reviews
