Project Manager I

Gilbane is seeking a Project Manager I to assist in the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a construction project. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 4-7 years of experience.

Requirements

• Assist in preparation and administration of the project safety plan
• Create and follow through on potential change items and participate in verification of project financial forecast
• Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers
• Implement and enforce all aspects of contracts
• Manage workload and performance of direct reports
• Train direct reports on processes, procedures, and completion of daily tasks
