Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead multiple projects teams simultaneously and guide the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects. This role requires a strong technical and communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to build high-performing teams. The position is site-based with occasional office travel and requires a dedicated coach/leader focused on project outcomes and employee development.
