Job Description
Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Healthcare to oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcomes of large or complex healthcare construction projects. This position is primarily on-site with occasional travel to the office, focusing on projects such as schools, hospitals, and sports facilities. Gilbane is a Top-10 ENR Contractor committed to delivering projects safely and on-time and fostering a diverse workplace.
Requirements
- Develops the project safety plan with corporate safety.
- Develops the project controls and procedures to manage complex project requirements.
- Manages project financial forecast and billings.
- Creates and manages a closeout plan.
- Provides leadership in motivating the project team.
