Job Description
Gilbane Development Company is seeking an experienced Vice President of Development to manage and grow real estate development opportunities within Charlotte, NC. The VP will be responsible for relationship building, developing marketing plans, and securing opportunities to establish new business. They must have permanent residence in the area.
Requirements
- Identify real estate development opportunities and negotiate agreements
- Develop contacts and stay informed of potential projects
- Prepare deliverables and presentations for executive approvals
- Collaborate with the finance team on market feasibility
- Lead the disposition of projects and manage the 3rd party team
