Seasonal Girl Scout Member Recruiter

The Seasonal Membership Recruiter is responsible for generating new girl and adult membership within assigned geographic areas during the council’s peak recruitment season.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, outreach, community engagement, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to families or community groups
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Valid California driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Commitment to the Girl Scouts mission and values
