Job Description
The Lead Camp Counselor is responsible for guiding, counseling, and supporting group campers at a Girl Scouts of Colorado camp property. This role involves daily living, camp activities, supervising counselors, and contributing to the camp's program and leadership team. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive and safe environment for both campers and staff.
