Job Description
The Wellness Supervisor is responsible for the implementation and health services of mental, emotional, and social health at a Girl Scouts of Colorado (GSCO) camp property. This role involves providing daily wellness care, acting as a camp staff member, and supporting the property, hospitality, and program teams. They ensure campers receive the highest possible quality of service, focusing on self-care and emotional well-being.
Requirements
- Higher education at college/university or equivalent professional experience.
- Current OR willingness to obtain First Aid/CPR, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter, Universal Standard Precautions.
- Experience within mental health care or related field (social work, counseling, etc.).
- Experience with emotional health concerns, behavioral considerations, and the integration of social inclusion.
- Crisis management experience.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude.
- Valid driver's license and 5+ years of driving experience.
