Job Description
The Outdoor Program Manager will provide leadership for the design, delivery, and growth of outdoor programs across the council. This role focuses on strengthening the summer resident camp experience, aligning program outcomes with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and council strategic priorities, and maximizing impact with council properties and resources. Key responsibilities include lead program development, build community relationships, manage staff, and develop budgets.
Requirements
- Lead the visioning, design, and delivery of outdoor and camp programs.
- Establish clear goals, benchmarks, and evaluation tools.
- Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal staff and volunteers.
- Innovate in camp facility and outdoor space use.
