Camp Lakota CIT Supervisor

The CIT Supervisor oversees the implementation of Camp Lakota’s Counselor in Training (CIT) program, training, supervising, and mentoring young adults who aspire to become camp counselors. The role is responsible for delivering leadership-based programming, educational workshops, and engaging activities designed to coach CITs, support their growth, and help them become confident, capable leaders and their best selves.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Completion of high school or equivalent.
• Documented experience in a camp setting.
• Must be able to obtain or become certified in First Aid/CPR prior to the first day of work.
• Must submit health history form prior to first day of work.
• Must be committed to working the entire camp season and attend pre-camp trainings.
