Development Manager

The Development Manager will lead planning, execution, and evaluation of individual giving campaigns, manage peer-to-peer fundraising, and oversee episodic volunteerism. They will also support stewardship and communications, data analysis, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in fundraising, volunteer management, or donor engagement
• Strong understanding of digital fundraising, workplace giving, and donor cultivation best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized project manager with proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
