Requirements

• Proven experience as a professional driver or driving instructor
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving, and eco-driving principles
• Excellent communication and coaching skills with the ability to train and motivate others
• Fluency in spoken English and Russian
• Valid driver’s license for the vehicle categories operated by the company
